Leighton was AMAZING!! He called prior to showing up, arrived on time, worked through this crazy Arizona heat and did a great job. My wife's car now looks like the day we got it. Prices were very reasonable as well. Overall super super happy. Once again Leighton was awesome. Will definitely use again, maybe I'll book them for non summer time so they don't have to be out in this extreme heat.I have since used Recon 2 more times and still a solid 5 star review!Up to 5 services from Recon. They have done a super stellar job each time!Pretty sure I'm up to about 8 details being done for us over the years. Excellent work every time!!

Sometimes you luck into the perfect company at the time you need them most. That was my recent experience with RECON Auto Detailing.Someone I know had an "accident" as a passenger in my car. Fortunately, the mess was mostly contained, but the car had an unmistakable, foul odor.I needed the car to be detailed quickly, so I searched for businesses that provided the service I needed. RECON had a good review score, and was one of the first to respond to my YELP request for quotes.The first to respond could not get me in for several days. RECON had an opening at lunchtime that day. And they would come to my home (where I work remotely) to do the job. Finally, they quoted a very fair price for the work.I couldn't be happier with the speed and quality of the work! It was about 2 hours, and when he was finished, the car looked and smelled great! He said if the odor comes back, he can do an ozone treatment that removes the smell from vents and the car's interior. But he said I probably didn't need that, so he saved me money instead of trying to do unnecessary work.I highly recommend RECON.

Chance was on time, texted ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I did a complete car inside, out and engine clean after being out in a hoobo. I write this review with extreme prejudice as a former professional car detailer. As a result, it has been many years since I’ve let anyone else work on my vehicles but lately I’ve found myself too busy to keep up with the standard of appearance I’m used to. So, I decided to take a swing and hire Recon for an exterior detail of my work truck and I was extremely impressed. They are extremely professional and their quality of work is excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be back.

I got Recon to detail my wife’s jeep Wrangler. Wow does it look great. Chance Jackson worked on it for a little more than four hours and my wife was thrilled. I drove it to Safeway and a stranger was walking passed.He said, “is your Jeep new.” I said, no. 100% satisfied with the process from start to finish. Very professional and detailed on what I was buying. Went with the ceramic coating and after a week, the difference is already paying off. All the water spots and soap film from regular car washes, was completely removed and the factory shine has returned. We will be moving forward with our other vehicle after seeing the results and how well we felt after this first experience. Everyone we dealt with delivered as promised and the finished product is well worth the spend.

I searched multiple mobile auto detailers in Tucson and chose RECON based on their outstanding reviews. I can see why. I had my husband‘s truck detailed for his birthday and it looks brand new! Everything is spotless and shiny, and Javier was even able to get out all of the dog fur! It was easy to book an appointment, I knew the price upfront, I got a message from Javier when he was on his way, and the work was done within the timeframe I was told. I brought my 2015 Nissan Altima in to have it detailed with the ultimate package, inside and out . I had an unfortunate experience with some hungry javelina , and had quite a few scratches on the back bumper that I was hoping could be buffed out. My initial contact with Cheryl, to my final contact with Fabian, it was a smooth problem free experience. I was able to make an appointment in a fairly short time, and the amount of time they told me it was going to take my car to be ready was just about spot on. Now let's get to my car. My car looks absolutely amazing I could see it when I pulled into the parking lot ready to go, just as pretty as can be. Fabian was waiting inside for me and was also super super nice. The interior of my car looked like it could be a 2024. For the most part they were able to get the scratches out and did a phenomenal job! I believe their pricing is absolutely fair compared to some of the quotes I did get. But in addition to the reviews I read, this is who I went with. Thank you so much for the work you guys did and I would absolutely recommend you guys to anybody and I will definitely be bringing my car back to you!!!

My 2013 white Camaro -- she's kind of the apple of my eye -- had a long scratch down the passenger side that was bumming me out. I brought her over to RECON for an estimate and they talked to me realistically and in detail about what they could do to make the scratch disappear or at least look a lot less obvious. I also talked with them about how to protect the paint from the long hot Tucson summer sun, since I don't have covered parking where I live (I recently moved here)... When I went to pick up my car, she looked amazing -- gleaming all over, like new! And the scratch is now essentially invisible! They did all this work in just a few hours and were really nice to work with. I highly recommend the folks at RECON!

The service was great overall, but the glass on the back window and side mirrors still had a lot of water spots. A light polish would’ve taken those right off, and I expected that to be covered in the detail package.

The best personal and professional experience I have had here in Tucson!After a very traumatic experience where someone broke into my car and broke my window, Not only they immediately accepted me and tinted my windows after I had put in a new one, but they offered me a discount and helped clean any “leftover” from the vandalism.
