Location: Tucson and Surrounding Areas

Terms: Full-Time (Monday – Friday with weekend availability & on-call)

Salary/rate: $18.00 – $22.00/HR DOE

About the position:

Our Fleet/Maintenance wash Field Lead is expected to organize and lead a team of Detail Technicians in precise execution of services to achieve high customer satisfaction as well as operational efficiency. This position requires the ability to aide in hiring, training and hands-on assistance in the field. Fleet/Maintenance wash Field Lead reports to Owner and/or Administrative Assistant.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Aide in hiring, training, scheduling, and other HR related activities
  • Oversee quality control & operational efficiency
  • New fleet consulting/sales
  • Communicate effectively with Customers, Team members & Management
  • Maintain professional appearance & positive attitude
  • Reference RECON’s “Best Practices for Professional Detailing” (provided upon hire)
  • Follow all safety measures (detailing chemicals, use of tools, etc)
  • Respond to operational problems in the field including breakdowns, injuries, or other issues as they arise
  • Ensure preparation of and regular service of all assigned vehicles & equipment
  • Correcting issues/complaints from customers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prefer prior experience detailing vehicles (Cars, Trucks, RV’s & Boats)
  • Prefer prior knowledge of detailing chemicals
  • Must have prior leadership experience
  • Must have the ability to self-manage within the work week – accomplishing many tasks & goals assigned
  • Must be willing to work outside in inclement weather
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be willing to drive to and from several locations – daily (company vehicle provided)
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (proof will be required)
  • Must have a clean MVR
  • Must be professional at all times
  • Must be able to communicate well with customers, team members & management

Education Requirement: High School Diploma/GED
